Vaccine Responses in the Evaluation of Patients With B-Cell Immune Deficiency
Approach to Treatment With Replacement Ig Therapy
TARGET AUDIENCE:
This program has been designed to meet the educational needs of allergists/immunologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with immunodeficiencies.
 
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of this session, participants should be able to:
Recognize important signs and symptoms of patients for possible immune deficiency.
Interpret vaccine responses in the evaluation of a patient for specific antibody deficiency.
Initiate appropriate treatment dosages of Ig therapy, and explain the advantages and disadvantages of the IV or SC route of administration.
