The Alliance is a vital part of the ACAAI, its members drawn from spouses, life partners and significant others of Members of the ACAAI or Allergy Fellows-in-Training. Besides the fellowship from other members of the Alliance, the Alliance raises funds for the ACAAI Foundation, the Non-for-Profit organization that furthers Asthma Education for patients, medical residents and Allergy Fellows-in-Training.
The nominal membership fee of $50.00 insures you will receive timely updates of the ACAAI and Alliance activities as well as a discounted registration fee to the ACAAI Annual Meeting.
Our Activities include a Hospitality Suite open the mornings of the Annual meeting to help you get your day off right. There you will meet other individuals attending the meeting and can receive information on the meeting city, enjoy a Continental Breakfast and on select days view an Program specifically designed for the meeting city for both adults and children, either performed by an Alliance member or outside presenter.
We also sponsor fund raising for the ACAAI Foundation via various activities, this year a Silent Auction with Cookbook and Note Card sales. We host an International Reception at the Annual Meeting for International Attendees. Our Annual Business Meeting is usually a Luncheon at an exciting location where we elect our new officers.
