ACAAI Linking Policy
Requests for ACAAI.org to link to another website:Any request from an organization or company to have a link created from the ACAAI Web site to an organization's or company's Web site will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- The site provides information that will further education of asthma and/or allergic disease.
- The site provides information or resources that will furnish additional support for patients.
- The site does not contradict policies or positions of the ACAAI.
- The site is deemed appropriate by medical editors and/or staff.
- By linking to the site, there is no implied endorsement of any products or services mentioned in the site.
The ACAAI does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided in the sites to which it links.
Requirements for ACAAI.org links from external sites
ACAAI welcomes links made from other sites to www.acaai.org, provided these requirements are followed:
- Alteration of the appearance of www.acaai.org is prohibited.
- Inclusion of any material from www.acaai.org in a frame on an external website is prohibited.
- Implied affiliation or statement that www.acaai.org endorses or sponsors an external site is not allowed.
- www.acaai.org content may not be reproduced or hosted on the external website without approval.
- The ACAAI trademark or logo may not be used without prior consent.
- Links should use plain text.
- Any linkage must be done directly to the organization home page: www.acaai.org.
