Register on or before December 31, 2009, to qualify for the early registration fee. You can register online through April 11. After that date, you must register by fax.

If you wish to change your registration after you have paid for it online, please fax the ACAAI meeting registration department at (847) 427-1294 or email meetings@acaai.org.
