You can view all messages without being logged in. However, to "post" or "reply" to a message, you will need a "username" and "password."

If you do not have a username and password:

  1. Click on the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT link below.

  2. Complete all five fields. Keep in mind that "desired username" is the name people will see next to your messages and the name you will use to login.

  3. Click the CREATE USER button in the lower right-hand corner.

  4. This message should appear: "Your account has been created and you are now logged in."

  5. Below that message, choose "House of Delegates General Forum" from the pull-down menu (last item on the list). You will be taken back to the House of Delegates Forum page where you can view, post or reply to a messages.
