Women's Health
Purpose:
The Women's Health Committee monitors, provides recommendations to the Board of Regents and implements programs pertaining to allergy and asthma throughout the various stages of a woman's life that are particular to her development.
Current projects include:
- Development of information concerning the increased use of alternative medicines for menopause
- Develop and maintain the listing of "Drugs for Allergy and Asthma in Pregnancy" found on ACAAI website
- Develoment of means to increase awareness of premenstrual allergy symptoms
