Insect Hypersensitivity
Purpose:
The Insect Hypersensitivity Committee monitors, provides recommendations to the Board of Regents and implements programs in the area of insect allergies and hypersensitivity.
Current projects include:
- Investigation of a study concerning fearant immunotherapy and 1 or maintenance intervals for hymenoptera venom immunotherapy
- Development of a consensus on the use of epiniphrine
