Executive Committee
Purpose:
Between Board of Regents meetings, this committee exercises the powers of the Board in the management of the business and affairs of the College.
Composition:
The President, the President-Elect, Immediate-Past President, Vice President, Treasurer and two elected Regents, one serving during his/her second year of a three-year term and one serving during the third year of his/her three-year term. The President is the Chair.
