Perched at the edge of Lake Union, Blue Ribbon Cooking School is an interactive cooking facility that gives everyone a hands-on cooking experience. This private school was designed and is directed by a husband and wife team whose passion and skills stand out among Northwest chefs, perfect for the explorer of culinary home entertaining who learns best by working alongside the instructor. Boasting an impressive 5,200-square-foot facility with large teaching kitchens, an outdoor patio and formal dining room, there’s something for the chef in all of us at Blue Ribbon. |

| Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with appetizers and beverages for a short reception. Guests will then participate in an amazing Hands-On Chocolate Truffle-Making Class, offered by Blue Ribbon Instructors. Laughter and fun are always additional ingredients when guests are creating and enjoying their treats! Guests will be seated for a three course plated luncheon, as well as a business presentation. Over the meal, experience the breathtaking beauty of dining on Lake Union. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake, Gasworks Park, float planes, pleasure boats and the downtown skyline. |
